Pricing

All product and service prices listed on the Website are dynamic and subject to change, designed to best serve our customers based on ongoing offerings and conditions.

No Refund Policy

All bookings made with Carnimax Gamezone Private Limited are final. No refunds or returns will be provided if a customer chooses to cancel their booking under any circumstances.

Winning & Tax Deduction (TDS)

As per Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, 1961, a Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) of 30% + 4% Cess on TDS amount (i.e., 31.2%) is applicable on any prize amount exceeding ₹10,000.

• The winner shall be responsible for paying this TDS amount before claiming the prize.
• If the prize is in cash, the tax amount will be deducted by Carnimax Gamezone Private Limited at the time of payment.
• If the prize is wholly in kind or partly in cash and partly in kind, and the cash portion is not sufficient to cover the TDS, the winner must deposit the entire TDS amount before claiming the prize.
• In such cases, Carnimax Gamezone Private Limited reserves the right to:
  • Recover the tax amount from the winner, or
  • Bear and deposit the tax amount on behalf of the winner, at its discretion.

No prize, whether in cash or kind, will be released unless the applicable TDS has been paid or arranged for as per the guidelines of the Income Tax Act.
